Individual Counseling Sessions

Sessions are typically 50 minutes in duration. Occasionally, if we feel more time is needed, they may be 75 minutes in duration, which we will discuss prior to the appointment. The fee for a 50-minute session is $100. The fee for a 75-minute session is $150.

Group Therapy Sessions

Group therapy sessions are typically 45 minutes to 90 minutes in duration, depending on how many participants there are. The fee for group therapy sessions will be disclosed as they are scheduled.

1:1 Professional Coaching

1:1 Professional Coaching sessions are typically 50 minutes in duration. The fee for each 50-minute session is $100.

Insurance & Payment

I am not in-network for any insurance panels. All sessions are private pay. A super bill will be provided to clients who wish to request reimbursement for out of network services. Often insurance companies will cover 20-80% of your fee for an out-of-network provider.
